Our newest release brings collaboration capabilities to TaskSpur users. You can now create, track, and manage goals with friends, family, and colleagues with the new multiple users feature. Here’s how you can make the most out of this exciting new capability.

Invite & Team Up with Friends to Achieve Goals Together

Sometimes, two is simply better than one for certain goals. If you think you need an extra hand (or more) to get things done, go ahead and invite trusted collaborators to work on a goal together.

1. Add a member directly on the goal card.

2. Enter their email address.

a. The invited individual should receive an email of the invite (if they are not TaskSpur users) and an in-app notification (if they are existing users)

Once they accept, they should now be able to see all the details of that goal, including the Plan, other Members, Comment threads, shared Files, and Notes.

Quickly view what tasks are in your shared goals and who is assigned to each of them.

Delegate Steps to Other Members

Get a bird’s eye view of your project’s task distribution with the built-in Calendar. And don’t forget you can connect your TaskSpur Calendar with your Google Calendar. When you do so, any task you create on TaskSpur will show up in your Google Calendar too!
